Executive Chef Mente Lawson invites you to join him for a Chef’s Dinner at Blackwall Hitch, a unique evening featuring four courses of original cuisine paired with wines to enhance each course and accompanied by conversation with Chef on the menu and creative culinary process.

sandwiched between Butter Brioche & Sweet Rose Petal Jam

Dijon & Herb-crusted Monkfish over Braised Oxtail & Parsnip Puree
finished with a Veal Demi & Sauce Bearnaise

Riesling-poached Pear with brûlée finish
atop thinly sliced Papaya & Mango
garnished with Candied Mixed Nuts
