Executive Chef Jonathan Seningen invites you to join him for a Chef’s Table Wine Dinner at Blackwall Hitch. This unique evening features four courses of original cuisine paired with wines from the Blackwall Cellar and is accompanied by conversation with Chef and our wine expert on the menu, pairings and creative culinary process.

First Course

Scallop Carpaccio
Thinly Sliced Raw Diver Scallop topped with
Grapefruit, Lime, Fava Beans, Pickled Fennel & a Light Coconut Foam

Second Course

Red Curried Bone Marrow
Roasted Bone Marrow topped with Curried Red Crab
& a Fresh Herb Salad served with Crispy Prawn Crackers
Paired withChateau St. Michelle, Riesling

Third Course 

Duck Two Ways 
Pan-Seared Duck Breast & Duck Confit Aumônière served with Hoisin, Cucumber,
Grilled Green Onions & Zucchini Blossoms stuffed with a Carrot-Orange Mousse
Paired withBoom Boom, Syrah

Fourth Course

Poached Peach
Fresh Peaches Poached in Vanilla & Ice Wine
topped with Cherry Tartar, Ginger & Grapefruit Zest
Paired with: Conundrum, White Blend
