Executive Chef Jonathan Seningen invites you to join him for a Chef’s Table Wine Dinner at Blackwall Hitch. This unique evening features four courses of original cuisine paired with wines from the Blackwall Cellar and is accompanied by conversation with Chef and our wine expert on the menu, pairings and creative culinary process.
Red and Yellow Watermelon with Carpaccio Heirloom Tomatoes
Micro Mint, Feta Cheese and Smoked EVOO Sorbet
Paired with: Segura Viudas Brut Rosé Sparkling
Shrimp and Scallop Spring Roll with Red Cabbage, Carrot & Hint of Tarragon,
finished with a Smooth Rich Shrimp Bisque
Paired with: Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay
Grilled Lamb Rack finished with Blackberry Mocha Demi Glace
accompanied with Roasted Roma Tomato Herb Cous Cous & Prosciutto-wrapped Asparagus
Paired with: Rosenblum Cellars Heritage Clones Petite Sirah
Baby Pineapple Creme Brûlée, baked into a Queen Victoria Baby Pineapple
finished with a homemade Sour Apple Whipped Cream
