Executive Chef Jonathan Seningen invites you to join him for a Chef’s Table Wine Dinner at Blackwall Hitch. This unique evening features four courses of original cuisine paired with wines from the Blackwall Cellar and is accompanied by conversation with Chef and our wine expert on the menu, pairings and creative culinary process.

Blood Orange Salad
with Shaved Fennel, Grapefruit & Lime Zest
drizzled with White Balsamic Vinaigrette
topped with Yogurt Sorbet
Paired with: Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc-Viognier – California

Wild Sockeye Salmon Crudo
with fresh-sliced Hearts of Palm, Red Onions, Mango & Micro Cilantro
finished with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Sel Gris
Paired with: Barboursville Chardonnay – Virginia

Roasted Quail  
stuffed with a Foie Gras Mousse
over warm Barley Salad with Yellow Pear Tomatoes & Parsley
Paired with: Delas Côtes du Rhône – France

Salted Dark Caramel Pot de Crème
with Raspberry Sorbet & Maple-Coconut Almond Crumble
Paired with: Terra d’Oro Zinfandel – California

 

Additional Chef Table Wine Dinners, each with a different seasonally-inspired original menu, are scheduled for May 16th and June 20th.
