Executive Chef Jonathan Seningen invites you to join him for a Chef’s Table Wine Dinner at Blackwall Hitch. This unique evening features four courses of original cuisine paired with wines from the Blackwall Cellar and is accompanied by conversation with Chef and our wine expert on the menu, pairings and creative culinary process.

First Course

Black Mission Fig Salad
Fresh Baby Arugula & Shaved Parmesan Cheese with Thin-sliced Prosciutto di Parma, Black Mission Figs, Fresh Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper

Second Course

Maine Cold Water Lobster & Ice Wine
Roasted Lobster & Asian Pears poached in Ice Wine & Ginger Zest complemented by Concord Grapes & Vanilla

Third Course 

Cannon of Lamb
Roasted Cannon of Lamb served over Smoky Eggplant Purée, Tomato Confit & Brussels Sprouts Leaves finished with Black Olive Jus & Basil Butter

Fourth Course

Dark Chocolate Salted Carmel Tart
Velvety Dark Chocolate Ganache & Salted Caramel in a Buttery Chocolate Crust with Chocolate Malt Ice Cream & Sea Salt
