Executive Chef Jonathan Seningen invites you to join him for a Chef’s Table Wine Dinner at Blackwall Hitch. This unique evening features four courses of original cuisine paired with wines from the Blackwall Cellar and is accompanied by conversation with Chef and our wine expert on the menu, pairings and creative culinary process.

First Course

Warm Heirloom Carrot Salad
Served with Black Cumin Goat Cheese Spuma, Medjool Date Chutney, Toasted Pistachio & Balsamic Caviar
Wine Pairing: Annade Cordorniu Cava Brut

Second Course

Pan-Seared Squab
Served over Braised Red Cabbage & Granny Smith Apples, finished with Four Spice & Foie Gras Sauce
Wine Pairing: Estancia Grenache

Third Course 

Roasted Porchetta
Pork Belly cured for five days with Lemon, Orange, Cardamom & Clove then slow roasted for six hours, served with Preserved Lemons & Poached Apricots atop Mustard Greens & Chickpeas
Wine Pairing: Terra d’Oro Zinfandel

Fourth Course

Chocolate Hazelnut Bar
Milk Chocolate Ganache over a Hazelnut Gateau & Crushed Crepes with a Dark Chocolate Anglaise
Wine Pairing: Taylor 20 Years Tawny, Port
